Blessings to you this beautiful Sunday, country music fans.

Today in 1935, songwriter Hank Cochran was born in Isola, Mississippi.  Hank wrote such huge country hits as "I Fall To Pieces", "Make The World Go Away" and many, many more.  He was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2014.

"Red Dirt Road" by Brooks and Dunn is #1 on the Billboard chart in 2003.

The soundtrack from the movie "Cars" is certified gold in 2006.  Featured artists include Sheryl Crow, Chuck Berry, Brad Paisley and James Taylor.  Probably the most popular song from the soundtrack is "Life Is A Highway" by Rascal Flatts.
