Can it possibly be a new month already?  Do you realize summer is almost over? Where does it go?

Today in 1981, Kix and Barbara Brooks were married in Nashville.  Kix was almost late to the ceremony because he overslept!

A thunderstorm hit the Big Valley Jamboree in Camrose, Alberta in 2009.  Billy Currington was admitted to the hospital with a concussion after the concert stage collapsed.  His bass player required surgery for a severed artery due to being pinned under debris for thirty minutes.

"Here's To The Good Times" earned their first platinum album for Florida Georgia Line in 2013.
