Celebrate Cheese Days in Elgin

This coming weekend in Elgin, it's a good thing to be a cheese head!  Celebrate everything cheese during Elgin Cheese Days June 16-18.  The fun kicks off Friday with music by Thomas and the Shakes.  Saturday take in all the great events including softball tourneys, tractor pull, mud bogs, car show, soap box derby for the kids and dance with PopRocks!  Sunday offers a kids pedal tractor pull, fire department water wars, bean bag tourney and the grand parade at 1:30.  And check this out!  FREE cheese after the parade on Main Street in front of the food shelf.  Sounds like a great time, doesn't it?  So mark your calendar and plan to take the short drive to Elgin Cheese Days this weekend!
