Burros sweep Houston in Volleyball Action, More KFIL Sports Tonight

Tuesday night, KFIL brought you more high school volleyball, featuring the Houston Hurricanes and the Lanesboro Burros. The home Burros came out victorious on Parents Night, sweeping the visiting Hurricanes.

The KFIL Subway Player of the Game for the Houston Hurricanes was Erin Conley. Conley delivered 3 ace serves to try to keep Houston in set three. The Burros had some big runs in all three sets, with great serving as a team. Lexi Melander delivered a dozen ace serves on her way to become the Subway Player of the game for the Burros. The Kingsley Mercantile Game Ball goes to Cassidy Ruud. Ruud had a few ace serves as well and sent it down for close to a dozen kills as well.
