Minnesota is the State of Hockey, so it only makes sense that we take the sport pretty seriously up here. I’m not a fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins (or any East Coast hockey team for that matter), but it was cool when Brainerd, Minnesota native Josh Archibald was able to win the Stanley Cup with the team this past season. Since every player gets to take home The Cup for a day, Archibald brought it back with him to Brainerd.

So how did he make the most of his time with The Cup?

How cool is that? If this kid doesn’t grow up to be a dominant hockey player, I’m going to be shocked. That’s definitely adds a little good luck in raising a future NHLer. Josh Archibald continued to prove just how Minnesota he is by taking The Cup on a pontoon ride immediately afterwards.
