The National Trout Center in Preston is holding a birding for kids event Saturday July 29 starting at 10 a.m.  NTC Program Director, Kelsey Hoffmann, will head the program.  Start the morning making a pair of binoculars.  Take your binoculars and go for a birding walk.  You'll even receive a bird poster to take home with you!  What a great way to learn all about birds that make their home in our area.  I love birds and have several feeders in my yard.  Makes me wish I was a kid again so I could take advantage of this program!  Space is limited so it's advised that you register ahead of time by calling the National Trout Center at 507 765 2452 or email kelsey@nationaltroutcenter.org.
