Mother's Day weekend is great. Mom's are celebrated, which is awesome, but in Stewartville it is also city-wide garage sale weekend.

Most people thoroughly enjoy doing some bargain shopping, and try to find the best deals in town. For me, I just get upset. I just can't figure out why people have to stop in the middle of the road to see if there is anything they want at the garage sale. How can they see what is in the garage sale from there car??

It is awful. People cross the road whenever they want, and make traveling in town a complete disaster.

Maybe it is just me, and it very well could be, but if you are from out of town, or even from the town, please use some common curiosity and pull over when you are thinking about stopping at a place!

It is a little frustrating, isn't it? Also, there is never anywhere to park, but that is a story in itself! Luckily for me, I get to call the Fillmore Central/Lanesboro vs. Houston baseball game Saturday morning in Preston on Cool-104!
